When you place an order, you agree to the following; (“I” represents the artist, Christine Woods):
GUARANTEE
I guarantee 100% satisfaction. You will have the opportunity throughout the painting process to review images of the work in progress which I will email to you. From start to finish I will proceed only after each step is approved by you.
I agree to make any minor changes you deem necessary along the way. Any major changes, such as rearranging the pose, will incur additional charges.
By the end of the process you are guaranteed to have a portrait you are happy with.
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required upon placing an order. I will notify you of the final payment, which will include real shipping, packing and insurance charges, upon your approval of the finished work.
SHIPPING
The finished portrait will be packed flat (not rolled) and shipped within 2 days of receipt of the final payment, via USPS. You will receive a tracking number. Please specify if you would like to use another method of shipping.
CANCELLATION
You
may cancel the commission and request a full refund of your deposit
within 7 days of the date of your order, as long as work on your
portrait has not yet begun. After 7 days, there will be a cancellation
fee of 20% of the total cost of the commission. If work on your
portrait has already begun, there will be an additional charge to cover
time spent.
COPYRIGHT
I retain the copyright and reproduction rights of all artwork. You may not reproduce images of the final artwork for any reason without my written permission.
SECURITY
I will never share your personal information with any other party. I will use your email address only for the purpose of communicating with you regarding the project at hand. If you use PayPal for payment, you agree to their security policy; I am not privy to any information you supply to PayPal.
